LUXECOOL XSELECT RS Series solar films are constructed by the most revolutionary compressed coextrusion process to create a superior heat reflecting solar film through multiple nano-layers of materials. Infused with inorganic compounds such as titanium oxide and tungsten trioxide to intensify the strength, durability and thermal resistance, these layers work together to enhance the overall performance of the final product.
This technology represents a significant advancement in material science and manufacturing, enabling the creation of a high-performance, multi-functional solar film that is capable of reflecting heat at the maximum without sacrificing natural light transmission. ADVANCED MULTI-LAYER SPUTTERING TECHOLOGY
LUXECOOL XSELECT SP Series solar films has the advanced sputtering technology to achieve the highest heat reflecting performance. Being the best performing technology among all metalized solar films, it can attain greater heat reflectivity by reflecting specific wavelengths of the solar spectrum (particularly infra-red heat portion), while maintaining a high visible light transmission, using precious metals such as Silver and Gold, in the manufacturing process. With this, a groundbreaking product is created to significantly reduce the interior heat build-up by invariably countering heat absorption. Most importantly, the exceptional non-reflective aesthetics of the films, both internally and externally, are retained.
